• Firstly, you need to remember that your hair will fall differently if you wear clothing with collars, polo-necks, or even hoodies; so, you should wear simpler tops that fit you more closely or tops with a lower neckline. You should also remember to remove any jewellery that could get caught in a comb, such as earrings or necklaces.
• We have had many clients book appointments with us to correct their DIY mistakes. We can’t stress enough that it is never a good idea to cut your own hair. This is especially true of attempts to cut your fringe.
• We pride ourselves on being very good at what we do, but we can’t do our job if we don’t have all the information we need. You need to tell us about previous colours or other treatments you’ve had because this may affect how your hair will react to our chemical treatments or colour processes.

Finally, you should make regular appointments to maintain your hair. If your hair is shorter, you will need more frequent visits, while if you have longer hair, you can stretch the time between your visits a little more.
