Appointment Policy

Confirming your Appointment

We automatically send out confirmation messages 3 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. Unfortunately, if appointments are not confirmed within 24 hours of the appointment, then we reserve the right to offer your appointment to someone else. Please also ensure your contact details are kept up to date.

Late Cancellation

Late cancellations are appointments cancelled within 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. Please know that we do operate with a long waiting list and late cancellations do not allow us enough time to offer your anointment to another client. Please understand that we are a small business and late cancellations, and no shows are a loss of business for us. Persistent failure to confirm/attend your appointments will result in deposits being enforced for all future bookings.

Deposits

New clients are required to pay a deposit to secure all appointments that are over 2 hours long. This can be paid over the phone at time of booking and your deposit is redeemable at your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited.

Adjustment Policy

We are confident that you will love your new hair, however we do have a 2-week adjustment policy if there is something you would like adjusted. Please know we do not offer refunds. A consultation will be required prior to your adjustment appointment to ensure enough time will be allocated for you. – Please we do quote on a service prior to commencing your appointment
– Our tiered price structure reflects the education and training level of the stylist
– Every attempt is taken to look after garments. Savvy Hair Artistry does not accept any responsibility for damage of the garments during the service within the salon
